Mr.Ceri Jones // Bsc Physiotherapy // Msc Sports Physiotherapy
About Me //
I am originally from Llandysul but currently live in Nant-y-Caws. I qualified as a Physiotherapist from The University of Wales, College of Medicine in 2002 and worked nearly exclusively in the field of musculo-skeletal care in the NHS for nearly three years. I then worked in New Zealand for a period and prior to my return to Wales I completed a PgC in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy at Curtain University, Australia. On returning to Wales I spent some time in BUPA, Cardiff and in other Private Practices in South Wales. I completed my Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Cardiff University in 2008 and have worked in South West Wales ever since including BMI Werndale and Physiotherapy Wales.
As a keen runner and cyclist I have a special interest and empathy towards sports injury and am always keen to keep people doing what they enjoy wherever possible during the rehabilitation process. But I also enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.
I am very motivated towards keeping up to date with recent research and progression within the profession and do so on a weekly basis.
